£6,000 - £9,000
Absolute bargains for absolute beginners! This is our most popular level for new owners. Within this price bracket you will be looking at pre-owned holiday homes with 2/3 bedrooms (6/8 berth). Generally 10ft wide and up to 30ft long. Sadly there is no ‘used holiday home factory’! So holiday homes in this bracket are rare – give us a call to find out what’s in stock now.
£9,000 - £14,000
The next level! Holiday Homes at this level will be only a few years old and some slightly bigger - up to 12ft wide and 35ft long. Again with either 2 or 3 bedrooms (6/8 berth). With more space, layouts can be more generous – more living area, more bedroom space, etc! Fixtures and fittings are a very nice standard. Our stock varies – so please call for more details.
£14,000 - £20,000
Luxury! At this level you will find high end holiday homes, working up into brand new 12ft wide holiday homes – some up to 36ft long! You also find furniture, fixtures and fittings that wouldn't look out of place in a new home - with either 2 or 3 bedrooms (6/8 berth). This is a popular category for existing owners to upgrade into - lots of our owners upgrade when they decide the leisurely lifestyle at Stanhope Burn is definitely right for them!
